Producing content across multiple countries in a single trip requires military-level planning. Here is how we approach a typical multi-country shoot at ZAHARE Media.
Everything starts with the brief. We define the brand story, identify key deliverables per location, and create detailed mood boards. Each country gets its own shot list tailored to the local environment while maintaining the overall creative direction.
Drone permits vary wildly by country. Some locations require weeks of advance notice. We handle all permits, location scouting via local contacts, equipment shipping, and backup plans for weather. Every detail matters when you have a 3-day window per location.
We run video calls with every hotel, venue, or brand contact at each location. We walk through the shot list, confirm access to key spaces during golden hour, and align on wardrobe and styling. Surprises on shoot day are the enemy of great content.
Shoot days follow a tight schedule. We typically capture 200-400 final images and 15-30 video clips per location over 2-3 days. Our team works in pairs to maximize coverage while minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
Editing begins on travel days between locations. First selects go to clients within 48 hours. Final delivery happens within 2 weeks of the last shoot day. Every image gets color-graded to match the brand palette.
